A LITTLE LAME

blocking people from seeing your wall all together because you're to chicken shit to delete them because you are "over the internet" worried about someone's REAL feelings. If your going to block and restrict people from seeing stuff on your wall then please just make it less dramatic and delete the person all together. Why are you even TRYING TO HANG onto to an online relationship to begin with that you yourself don't even know is real or not. POOF BE GONE 

After I delete you, I get emails or something stupid asking me WHY?

Not realizing you have been deleted for a period of time but assuming that recent events landed you on the delete pile when in fact you were already targeted to be removed in the first place. Just take the removal and MOVE ON. It's not that serious. If we were REAL friends then "maybe" you have permissin to be upset.

not allowing people to post on your wall. why are you even online what is the point of that social network capability. WTF are YOU even on facebook or online to begin with. I mean damn I can't even wish you happy birthday I gotta wait for you to wish yourself happy birthday and then comment on that. 

having a public argument online and clogging up my new annoying ticker. Its sad enough I have folks stalking my every like or ocmment but now I have to be partially entertained by your petty argument about who's man slept with who when you both should be smelling your own man's boxers to see who he's poking.

thinking that I saw EVERY single status that you have ever posted and expecting me to remember them when you bring it up or PMing me asking me if I saw it. UMM no I'm sorry I was too busy having a life. I don't even have you saved as a favorite or in a special category your shit is getting lost with everybody else's "what's important to ethem" shit.

posting a shit load of quotes but YOU yourself NEVER follow any of the advice you are trying to spread to others.

PM'ng me after I have asked a million times NOT TO especially if I give you an email address to contact me at. Why on earth would you PM me.

sending me game requests like I have time to sit online an play games all day and help you boost up your points or whatever it is your doing. You should have caught me back in 2008-2009. I was at the top of my FACBOOK GAMES back then.

A LITTLE LAME THAT ANNOYS me BUT I DO IT:

commenting on someone elses wall posts that have nothing to do with YOU. Like seriously I have done it a few times but it is annoying when you and one other person are talking and then 15 ppl jump in. WTH.

at the end of the day though. I LOVE FACEBOOK and the FREE part of it.

I tell you folks go through things in life and handle them differently.

Some people disconnect from the outside world around them. 

Some people cry everyday until the problems are fixed

Some people like to talk to just about anybody that will listen

Some people write in diaries or journals with watercolor pencils

Some people simply just want to be left alone.

 

I am one of those people. I am the type of person that really just have very little trust in people. I don't make friends easy or keep them because the slightest thing I feel wronged by my everything changes towards them. I honestly don't hide how I feel about something .. especially if I am blind sided with stuff. No matter how SMALL it might be. That is something though that I struggle to work on about ME. I know that about myself and so I think that is why I honestly don't really like having only a select group of friends but just many. Military life sure helped me with that. LOL. This video really summed up how I have been feeling these past few weeks. So much HEAVY shit on my brain mixed in with little small things. All a great mixture of great and sad. Impending trial dates from my past, things I have to remember, feelings that have to be exposed, so-called fake friends, sneaky ass snakes, being compared to people that are illegally running businesses and so much more. 

One thing that I do love about my "inner" hidden personality is that I am able to sit aside certain personal all about me feelings and know that something is WRONG with someone or something. I may disconnect from life, I may cry for a week straight, I may just talk to some random stranger, I might even well .. write and journal about things but I am very AWARE. 

My new focus is just .. all about #1 & #2 my family and myself. This video really does open your eyes to stop thinking about your damn self and see that there are bigger things going on in other people's lives whether you understand them or not. Sometimes it aint always about YOU but what's going on around you. 

 

 

Juicy Juice

okay so I have become a juicing crazed fool this past year. It all started when I was buying it and not really eating it all because lets face it some foods are just nasty as hell and the ones that are .. well they are the best for you to eat.

So why not liquify it? I mean hell babies eat it and they are not jacked up right? 

As you can see above I had some fresh cranberries, carrots, cut pineapples, pears and celery. Now my juicer can take the pineapple with the skin on it and everything I love that thing. I just decided to cut them this time since I needed some for a snack as well.

Anyway .. for those of you that are not sure what fruits and vegatables are good to start with here is a list that I combined on my facebook page a while ago and its what came in my Brevelle. They have a HUGE HUGE selection of recipes on the world wide web and i'm sure you can find more umm on your own. 

Fresh Starts

1. Apple, Carrot and Celery Juice (4 small granny smith, 3 med size carrots peeled, 4 celery sticks)

 

2. Tomato, Celery, Carrot and Lime Juice (2 med tomatos, 1 large peeled carrot, 2 celery stalks trimmed and 1 lime peeled)

 

3. Apple, Peach and Grapefruit juice (1 small red apple, 2 large peaches halved and remove seeds, 2 peeled grapefruits)

 

4. Parsnip, celery and pear juice (2 parsnips trimmed, 2 sticks celery trimmed, and 4 medium pears stalks removed

 

Vitamin Boosters

1. Blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and lime juice (18oz blackberries, 18oz blueberries, 180z strawberries hulled, 1 lime peeled)

 

2. Cucumber, celery, fennel and bean sprout juice (1 large cucumber, 3 sticks celery, 1 bulb fennel trimmed, 2 cups bean sprouts)

 

3. Blackberry, pear and grapefruit juice (250g of blackberries, 3 ripe pears and 2 grapefruits peeled)

 

4. Frothie OJ (35oz of oranges peeled) 

 

Icy Coolers

1. Tropical Blend (2 mangoes halved, seeded and peeled, 3 kiwi fruit peeled, 1/2 small pineapple peeled and halved, 1/2c fresh mint leaves and 1 cup crushed ice)

 

2. Pear, radish and celery crush (3 medium pears, 4 radishes trimmed, 3 sticks celery and 1 C crushed ice)

 

3. Rockmelon, strawberry and passion crush (1/2 rockmelon peeled, seeded and divided, 1 cup strawberries hulled, pulp of 2 passion fruit and 1 cup of crushed ice

 

Energy Fuel 

1. Grape, kiwi fruit and berry booster (18oz seedless grapes, 2 peeled kiwi fruit, 8.25oz strawberries, 18 oz skim milk and 2 tblspoons of powdered protein drink)
