WEAKLINGS

My husband and I were just talking. You ever notice that nobody ever has shit to say, until you step up to put your
neck OUT THERE, advice and or whatever on the line for a person. All of a sudden out the wood works people 
wanna have input, give their advice, and or change up whatever it is that you're trying to do for that person 
either on your own time, mentally or just whatever.  

It's like where the heck were you at when he/she needed you. Don't come stepping in the sandbox
 now, after someone has already decided to give up their time and or be where you SHOULD HAVE 
ALWAYS BEEN!  Friends and spouses need to step your game up, don't wait until someone else tries to 
help out, and then what really pisses me off is that they go and listen to the other person instead of 
what you tell them, so why on EARTH are you wasting my damn time for if all you're going to do 
is listen to the other person.  

WEAK!

** cough cough **

All this damn dust over here is just damn ridiculous. I mean who pays for a blog every month and never really use it. Seriously I need to do damn better. 

SEVEN MONTHS since my last blog post, and it's not like I don't have shit to talk about, but damn though SEVEN MONTHS. I blogged last night too, but I won't publish that one just yet. I keep saying I'm back and then I disappear, but I'm really back this time boo bears. I know the last time y'all heard from me I was talking about getting laid and fitness. Yeah so much for fitness role, but I did get laid, my man made it back safe from across the waters.

W1D1 - Body Earned Program

 

So my trainer is deploying at the last minute, since we were just hitting the weight training circuit he was putting together he asked me if I would be interested in doing either James Wilson Body Earned ($50) or the Jamie Eason Live program (FREE). So I already knew about the Jamie program because I practically live on Bodybuilding.com so that was no surprise to me but I had not heard of the Body Earned program so I did some research and really liked what I was reading out there in blog world and saw a lot of ladies out there on this journey as well. I figured it would be a great addition to my intense cardio routine of daily spinning and running at least 3-4 times a week. 

Key to this program is really your training but honestly the EATING is what is going to make or break you no matter how much you put in. If you are eating like shit you will not see the results. I have my food prepped and ready for the next 2 weeks and will do this the Sunday prior. I eat 5-6 times a day and drink nothing but water. Now it's time to go CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN with my eating.

I really do love the 3 rest days you get on the Program from lifting however I will continue to do Spin class 5 days a week M-F and stick true to the SA/SU rest days given aside from the one weekday. 

BEAST MODE:

before pictures taken in one size too small nike tank | shorts ... ✓
inches and body fat measured | weight on digital scale ... ✓
new routine and schedule set ... ✓

**note**: Please do not ask me to email you a copy of the program. I will NOT it is against James rules that I agreed to and it will not benefit you anyway because you will not have access to his group and all the files and other information that you will need. So really it's more to it than just the PDF's he sends you of your 12 week workout plan. I love that he is very active in his group too and so are all the other 1,000 members. Every one is there to really help and they jump in and give awesome advice from what I've seen. 

I have posted a video below for it to be "verbally" explained to you. I found it on you tube and figured it was perfect instead of me typing it all out.

I am so ready to do this next journey in my own personal NEW ME story. I am even more excited that the last portion of this program my husband will be home (hopefully) and I will have my lifting partner back and he can assist me on those days I have to lift heavy. Plus, I will be doing the 13-24 week program too, that will for sure get me to my deadline March 2013 .. So excited.

I no longer have time. I seriously am down to the wire. I am down to a wire that I have purposely left set up for me to trip if I fail and I will not fail. I am now determined to lose a certain percentage of body fat, inches and weight by October 26, 2012. I am determined to be at my goal weight by March 31, 2013. I am focused.

New Routine starts 9/16/2012:

INSANITY 6 DAYS A WEEK ONE REST DAY

WEIGHT TRAINING DAILY UPPER ONE DAY/LOWER THE NEXT ONE REST DAY

SPINNING 5 DAYS A WEEK (T/TH 2xS A DAY)

RUNNING 3-5 TIMES A WEEK 

WHATEVER MY TRAINER THROWS MY WAY IS EXTRA


I've already been given my split and eating plan. I am ready to go. I am so glad that I found someone that see's my potential and knows how bad I want this. I cannot let the lack of will of others distract me from being on my grind. I have no problem working alone and doing things SOLO thank goodness because man I could only imagine how it would be if I didn't have workout partners that were as determined as I am. It only works if you are with people that have that same WANT as you. I mean let's face it in order to succeed at anything you really have to WANT it and damn it when you want it you WILL NOT ALLOW YOURSELF to fail at least on purpose and damn it even if you do not reach your set goal you at least TRIED. 

It's not about girl I don't know how you do it .. it should be damn girl I am glad you do it because it gives me the mental strength to know it can be done. Stop wishing you looked a certain way .. and do the fucking work it takes to LOOK the way you can. 

If you're working out and eating like shit .. then your body will continue to look like shit.
