Day 4

...is pretty good .. I started out kinda groggy ish .. well because I was getting back use to it .. but now I am very energetic and going to bed on time and just relaxed .. when normally I am up late as hell.

Here is a good picture of what the lemonade concoction looks like .. the mixture you can get all the ingredients (Maple B Syrup and Smooth Move Tea) from a nature store .. or online at Amazon.  Fresh lemons ONLY.

If you decide to try it .. good luck .. the mixture below is enough for ONE DAY.

almost time to head to England .. almost December and then in February .. here I come .. I will be 45 min from Cambridge .. (for those of you wondering) ... and hang out with some scap divas I hope .. still awaiting my expedites to get here .. I am so excited .. not opening them though due to the fact that household good are coming and I would HATE for it to get messed up by the movers and stuff.

okay I just made that up .. please do not think that I am some kind of scrappalicious thang that wakes up with mojo on the brain .. cuz sometimes I have to walk away

Okay so of course .. I used the Report Card Line from October Afternoon .. and these are the two layouts I cam up with ..using the following formula 1 pic + papers + mojo

Okay .. so I am down to the wire ..and I am  over 60lbs down and I am very excited .. it is amazing how you do not realize how your weight can sneak up on you .. and it is amazing how you still do the correct things and or try and blame health (most of the time) on why you just cannot lose the weight (disclaimer: only for the lazy) ..

well I took a stand .. from P90X, 30 Day Shred and SlimXtreme .. I did it and it worked . .. well because I was committed and dedicated and motivated .. but can you believe .. I still have 20lbs to go .. not to look crack head skernty .. but to be feeling like me again .. with new boobies .. comes a whole new good feeling let me tell ya ..

Okay so I have DONE THIS ALREADY 5 months ago .. so I know it works and I did a good job, until my damn teefus started hurting and realized that my dumb ass was suppose to drink water and or brush my teeth after each lemonade drink LOL. All the acid .. but it helped me realize I had a bad damn tooth .. and ended up a few months later with a damn ROOT CANAL .. and I am grateful ** blink blink ** . . . okay well TODAY embarked Day 2 for me .. and let me tell you .. I think I can do this ..

once you stomach past that salt water FLUSH .. and the SMOOTH move tea .. then umm you are already .. be prepared to have the toilet tattoo'd on your ass cuz umm yah do not start this mess during the weekday at like 1 in the afternoon and then call yourself .. going to run errands .. you are going to be running alright .. to the nearest ditch .. cuz you aint going to make it to the toilet

NOTE: My husband has not seen my FULL BODY since 17 May 2009 when he headed to Iraq.. the FIRST reveal of me will be at the airport waiting at the end of the escalator trying to hold back the tears .. trying to smile through what I hope will be just pure amazement .. he has always told me I was beautiful, and his everything .. and nothing

was ever wrong with me .. so I am NERVOUS, ANXIOUS .. SCARED .. not because of what he might think .. but because for once I am HAPPY and I am feeling that way .. because I am more afraid of not caring if thinks I did not need to change .. if that makes since .. which let's me know I DID THIS FOR ME!

.. it is rare that I just go online and order a bunch of papers without at least trying out ONE first .. well in this particular case .. I had to break my own little rule .. the only MFRs that I order more than one piece of paper from before smelling it .. would be October Afternoon and Sassafras lol ..

so let me introduce you to what the world is already waiting for and for those of you in the dark .. Studio Calico has come out with their own paper line once again .. but this time .. an entire collection .. called the Home Front .. here is a peek of it ..

I just ordered about 6 sheets each from 2peas ..

I will be RAKing off some of this paper soon .. yah you know the Home Front .. I cannot keep all the goodness to myself .. so look out for that ..

I am too amped about that .. and the December Kit that is coming in the mail .. I am ampd about that too .. well hell did you see the add on's .. man I love it all .. here are a few layouts I completed using the November Kit .. I have 5 more to post .. but for now I will leave you with these .. the other 2 I posted on Veterans Day ..

 

 

In other scrappy news .. I have resigned from Label Tulip .. myself and 5 other teammates have walked away .. it was a eery stomachy feeling but the right decision for me at the time .. it is not always easy when you have to tell someone you no longer want to work for them and or pimp them out .. I have no doubt that they will not bounce back on their feet .. we can only hope ... too bad I did not get to work with the girls longer and see Cathy and Cindy's baby flourish more .. they were right up there with Studio Calico, Kenner Road and A Million Memories and oh Scarlet Lime .. but truth be told Noel Mignon Kits .. still .. steal my heart .. anyway ..  so if you have any customer service related questions please contact Jennifer at [email protected] and she should assist you.

I will be sharing some of my Glitz projects soon and more October Afternoon projects as they post more .. I hope you guys are having a fabulous weekend .. I have to detox my brain this weekend .. I need to relax and take a moment and start back enjoying what I love to do .. and that is just being me .. I am so honored about something coming up in a few weeks too ..

Do you guys make ATC Cards .. I am addicted to just making them random now . . I think I might add some to my Etsy .. but I am not sure .. I know I am going to have some kits in my Etsy .. but other than that

Wii is selling Mario Bro 11.14.09 .. I am so so stoked about this ..  I am the Queen B of Super Mario Bros nobody can hold me down .. I saw the previews and OMGosh I am so so excited my kids did not understand why but I think once I get it for them they will .. I have already pre-ordered it and the Strategy Guide on Amazon .. I am just like WOW .. I am so surprised they did not come out with this game when they released the Wii .... maybe that would have been too typical of them ya think?

Enjoy your day off .. I am going to spend the day to myself  . . taking out my micro braids, because I have a get fresh appointment tomorrow ... working on layouts ... and relaxingFunny after having a conversation wtih someone I know .. just a few things they said .. that I agree to disagree with .. is how clean I keep my home and with kids they are not sure how I do it especially being a dual working home .. HMMMM

... I know folks think I am OCD cleanliness .. but I am okay with that .. it does feel good to wake up and the only thing that has to be done in my home is the bare minimum .. I wash dishes as I go, I mop ALOT, I rarely let laundry pile up .. and I just love a clean home .. may be how I was raised or how I was brought up .. but I was not raised in a filthy environment, there were lists, rules, chores, organization and order .. and I guess it stuck with me .. but I can say this .. I am proud that I do not PUSH it on my children .. as it was done to me ..

Even they have chores and responsibilites .. BUT I let them be children .. if they want to play in the living room and leave their cars and toys in their and or where I scrap then SO BE IT .. but they do know that they have to put things back in their place and that mama is not the maid .. they understand that everything has a place .. they understand that .. one day you know what you might have to stay with someone for a while and you have to learn how to take are of things around you .. and when you go to other peoples home you show respect and you show them you know how to be clean and or pick up after yourself .. they have their own bathroom that THEY clean .. and that I go behind them and finish the job ..but in OUR HOME it is the principle ..

We are TWO working parents so we have to have a VERY OILED machine running in this home .. if not we will never see the light of day .. working long hours and then coming home to do WHAT .. CLEAN .. UMM I dont think so .. even those that I know that are sitting at home chillin (from experience) .. I go to their houses and I am like WTF are you doing all day ... seriously .. no excuse ...  and I mean I have seen some candidates that need to be on Clean House .. but that is MY OPINION .... and I am entitled to it .. but do not judge me just because I CHOOSE to clean up, wash clothes, mop my floors, clean my house .. dust and Febreeze it .. and Clean Linen candles and whatever else .. I want

.. I can go on and on .. but you know what .. at the end of the day .. as long as I am HAPPY and I still have a LIFE and not feeling like I am buried under laundry, dirty dishes, homwork, falling over shoes, nasty ass kitchen and bathroom floors UGH, dirty ass toilets and whatever else comes with that .. then I AM OKAY .. and a happy wife is a happy life and a happy mama damn sure aint no drama ..
