The "Sassy" Gym Routine

What it do boo .. 

I get tons of emails and PM's and I am tired of copying and pasting so here you go...

People crack me up .. folks are always saying "how do you find the time", "I wish I could do it too" and last but not least "I am too busy" .. AS IF I do not have a life, money to make, kids to raise and a husband to entertain as well as find time for ME that does not involve sweating ... 

 Either way .. here is what I do and I change it up A LOT .. which is what helps the results keep coming .. 

 #1 What you put in your mouth makes all the difference at the end of the day it is not about the latest diet trend it is about DISCIPLINE. Writing down what you are eating REALLY does make a difference and it does work if you can actually see what you are doing to your body after a great workout.

 a. DRINK MILK

b. EAT BANANAS or Potassium (helps with cramping)

c. EAT at least 5-6 SMALL meals per day .. trust me it is NOT alot when you do it correctly and get in  your routine.

d. GOTTA let the sodas go homie. DRINK WATER

e. TRY not to eat past 7p.m. If you do grab some fruit.

 #2 Stop saying you have no time as an excuse and allowing it to get in the way if you really want to lose the weight nothing will get in the way of your GRIND and your GOAL. Remember the weight loss will not happen over night it takes some men and women up to 2 years to get to their goal weight .. be realistic.

 #3 Mix up your routine you may not see the numbers on the scale drop but you might see it in the inches on your body first. Be sure to record your measurements not just the weight. (bra size, thigh, arm, wrist, neck, waist, hips, calves and etc.,)

 Monday

0500 - Jillian Michaels (Shred it w/Weights, 30 Day Shred or Boost Your Metabolism) or P90X

1130-1230 {Gym} Cardio Pump/ Weight Training 

1700-1800 - Total Body Conditioning (adding new effective 1 Nov)

 Tuesday

0500 - Jillian Michaels (Shred it w/Weights, 30 Day Shred or Boost Your Metabolism) or P90X

1130-1215 {Gym} Group Indoor Cycling/Weight Training

1730-1830 {Gym} Fitness Kickboxing

 Wednesday 

0500 - Jillian Michaels Shred it w/Weights/ {Gym} Elliptical 

1100-1200 {Gym} Weight Training (LEGS)

1700-1800 - Total Body Conditioning (adding new effective 1 Nov)

 Thursday

0500 - {Gym} Weight Training

1130-1230 {Gym} Legs, Bum & Tum or Indoor Group Cycling 

1730-1830 {Gym} Fitness Kickboxing

 Friday

0500 - {Gym} Weight Training 

1130-12:15 {Gym} Indoor Group Cycling

1700-1800 {Gym} Latin/Urban Aerobics (optional)

 Saturday

MIX-UP {Either at home workout or Gym @ {0800-1030}

 Sunday

REST DAY

Extra ...

Ab workout is 5 days a week for 10-15 minutes each session. I have also adding running daily to my regimen. It may seem like a lot but realistically sometimes I cannot workout 2x's a day so at least I got ONE workout in. So I give myself options but MAJORITY of the time I stick to this routine and I am slowly seeing the results.  I am actually now addicted to working out and I love it.

Play kickball, soccer and things with your kids .. get out the house and in the field and run with them and play it helps and they will appreciate it too. Stop using them as a reason you CANNOT workout.

No more boob pain from the surgery and I can jump and bounce as I wish .. good luck ladies. I am on a "Get Sexy Mission" .. I have shoes to rock and sexy ass dresses to flash around in.  I also have the support of a husband that does not just sit on his ass and does nothing he helps me with a lot of stuff and we are equals he cooks and cleans and takes care of his kids as he should .. so THAT is why I am able to do these times. You have to find your balance and what works for you.

Not to mention I wanna look GREAT naked.

 One last thing if you have Netflix USE IT for something other than movies. All of you are inquiring about Jillian Michaels and all these workout DVD's out there (Shred it w/Weights, 30 Day Shred, Boost Your Metabolism and more). Well guess what Netflix has them and you can them for as long as you want instead of buying it and wasting your money. Yes P90X does work, YES Insanity does work, YES Slim in 6 does work .. YES to all of that .. but damn if you are not pushing play consistently and you give up then guess what it WILL NOT work.  If you are BRAVE try CROSS FIT .. 

Stop talking about it and be about it.

GOOD LUCK BOO BEARS .. find something to have a goal for (Body For Life, Half Marthon, Couch-10K in 12 weeks or anything that you will not want to give up trying to reach)

the boys are looking forward to a week of Halloween gatherings

playing with my papers and overlays I got in the mail for my Hambly Guest spot in December

completing my first Art Journal

Now we have to figure out what to do for the Christmas holidays .That's another story on another day .. in the mean time in between time I have a blog to update as if I have time right? Well changes to this baby of mines are coming soon. 

I did not get a chance to blog hop over the weekend like I had planned, I will catch up this week so much stuff out there I do not want to miss .. life comes first though .. then the goodness.

 In scrappy love  my layout below was featured on twopeas today.. pretty shocked LOL.
